Q: How do I become a customer?

A: You can phone the low call number on the website or e-mail us directly with your contact details and our dedicated customer service team will arrange for a representative to contact you. They are in your area and will call promptly to assist you in setting up an account. You must be over 18 and we will require a copy of a current valid photographic ID, with your Date of Birth, and a recent utility bill with your home address.


Q: How do I place an order?

A: As a Marlboro customer you have a number of choices on how to place an order:

  • You can give your order to your sales representative when he/she calls
  • You can phone us directly using the low call number
  • You can e-mail your order details to us on


Q: Is there a delivery charge?

A: There is no deliver charge on goods delivered by our sales representative, however large items such as furniture, white goods etc. are subject to a delivery charge.


Q: What if the goods I order are unsuitable?

A: This is not a problem as all goods delivered to you are subject to your approval, you have 14 days to make up your mind. Please note that returned goods must be unused and in the case of clothing, have all the tags and labels intact.


Q: How do I make a payment?

A: When you have made your purchase our sales representative will issue you with a payment card and advise you as to what your weekly payments will be, for example a purchase to the value of €100 equates to a weekly payment of €5. The sales representative will call to you on a weekly basis, at an appointed day and time, for collection of payment.
